Club sessions are every Tuesdays...

19:30 - 21:00 for juniors (10-18 years)
19:30 - 21:30 for seniors (18+ years)

£3/session for juniors (10-18 years)
£5/session for seniors (18+ years)

What should I wear?

You just need to wear something which wont restrict your movement or injure you if you are on the floor. The classis example is tracksuit trousers and t-shirt but anything roughly along those lines should be fine. We train in bare feet.
